What is a presale?

A presale lets you secure your item before it officially ships. You order now, we produce and ship once the collection is ready. It’s the best way to guarantee your size — especially since stock is limited.

When will my order ship?

Orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the presale close date. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Why should I order during presale?

The OG Agility Collection is limited. Once presale closes, we produce only what’s been ordered — there’s no guarantee sizes or styles will be restocked after. Ordering now is the only way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our global warehouse and shipped internationally via Standard International (5–10 business days).

How do I pay?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards. All prices are in EUR. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Can I change my size or cancel my order?

Since this is a presale, we can accommodate size changes or cancellations before the presale closes. Once production begins we’re unable to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at shop@ogs.gg and we’ll do our best to help.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Keep it safe as it contains your order number. You’ll get another email with tracking once your order ships.
